On Thursday, 26th of February 2026, the Association of Professional Tourist Guides of Crete and Santorini organized an educational seminar entitled “CRETE, EUROPEAN REGION OF GASTRONOMY 2026.”
The scientific team of LIFE IGIC actively participated, with the scientific coordinator, Dr. Emmanouil Kampourakis, delivering a presentation entitled “The role of biodiversity and green infrastructure in olive orchards in natural heritage and gastronomy.”
