Field week for the project team from the UoC – Natural History Museum of Crete

Field week for the project team from the UoC–NHMC was the last week of May 2020. Diversity and the numbers of birds were monitored (by placing nets) and small mamals (by placing traps and cameras with motion sensor). In the collected animals, were recorded their morphometric characteristics, biological material was obtained, they were marked with rings (only the small birds) and they were released back in the olive grove (one of the 30 that are monitored by the project).
